Celine Dion Plans To Bounce Back From Album Disappointment With New Single And 'The Voice' Appearance

Her first English-language album in six years peaked at No. 2 at the chart before plummeting, but a song with NeYo and an appearance on the NBC singing contest will hopefully rejuvenate sales
Celine Dion came back with a bang with her powerful single 'Loved Me Back to Life' and album of the same name, but whilst the album and single drew considerable buzz when it was released in October, people seem to have forgotten about Dion without much hassle.
In a bid to rejuvenate interest in her singing and her first English-language record for six year, the Canadian singer is planning a double whammy just before Christmas.
Having already heard the lead single form the album, Dion will give people another chance to hear what her album has to offer when she performs her collaborative effort with Ne-Yo, called 'Incredible,' on the season finale of The Voice. The pair will perform the mid-tempo album track on the Tuesday (17 December) finale, which airs on NBC 9 p.m. (ET/PT). As well as releasing the track as her third single from the album, Dion won't be done with the festive giving just there, as she also has another TV performance lined up after her appearance on The Voice.
Dion will feature on the CBS holiday special A Home For the Holidays, which looks to shed light on children living in foster homes over the festive period. Speaking in regards to her upcoming appearance, Dion explained after the taping of the show (via Newsday), "As a mom, I could not refuse (the gig)."
Don't get used to seeing Dion around during the festive period too much though, as the singer went on to say how she harbours no ambitions to move into music theatre any time soon. Referring to Carrie Underwood's recent outing as Maria in NBC's live version of The Sound of Music, the Canadian singer told of how she is "not crazy about musicals" and that she has no desires to be a part of any future shows in the same vein as The Sound of Music.
